I created this page with
the intent of helping the homeowner become familiar with his Air
Conditioning system. Not to by-pass the Service Companies, but to
better educate the user of the system. In general, most people know
very little about Air Conditioning which leaves you open devious
sales and scams. Basically, if you know what the Technician or Salesman
is talking about, you are less likely to pay for something you dont
need. Being a service technician for 25 years, I have witnessed
too many get ripped off. So I have compiled a few do's and
don'ts and included feedback forms for your convenience. I
hope I have made this informative and easy to follow and good luck.
